Peter Hartman
Peter Hartman - Managing Director: started his civil engineering career at Tarmac Ltd. He quickly climbed the career ladder and managed foundries and plants throughout the UK before leaving. He founded R J Dance Ltd in 1976 with a fellow Tarmac associate. Peter has helped lead the company through changes which have included the opening of three regional offices, a tool hire business and the expansion of the business into the private sector. Peter is a Member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB).
