The R j Dance (cont.) Ltd Civil Engineering Division has evolved over the last twenty years. Using experence at the frontend of project delivery, we can increasingly offer competitive tenders to our ever growing client base.

A case study: Royal Academy of Art tank room & ancillary groundwork.
Over the course of three months and costing £0.5 million, this project involved the provision of underground plant and tank rooms using pre-cast culvert sections in a very sensitive location in the heart of London.
Pre-cast culvert sections were moved at night to avoid disruption to the public. Once installed, care was taken to ensure the integrity of the existing building.
An area of over 2,500m2 was covered with blockwork and the utmost care was taken to move the numerous statues and plinths into place once works were completed.
