Cleansing
The R j Dance (cont.) Ltd Cleansing Division specialise in the maintenance of highway and surface water drainage systems. This is a new service and we have just started cleanse the roads in one Borough with a view to expanding our client base quickly.
This generates considerable volumes of waste and the company has invested heavily in ensuring the whole method of drain cleaning is managed in an environmentally sensitive way. This means that from the initial clean to the disposal we employ environmentally friendly methods.
Our capabilities include vacuum cleaning to hand dig outs. We can offer trained personnel and the right equipment for any drain-related maintenance task. With our ability to manage recovered waste that goes beyond the scope of the Landfill Directive, we can ensure an environmentally sustainable service from start to finish.
We also offer road sweeping and snow/leaf/litter clearing services.
Our fleet of vehicles are kept at our various depots throughout the south-east ready to service the streets in whatever location, whether a road with restricted access or a remote rural location.
Recognising the ever diminishing landfill capacity in the South East and the need to protect the environment, we have built a waste recycling facility at Beddington. This manages our own waste streams and those of others in the same industry.
A case study: London Borough of Sutton drain cleansing
We operate an informal contract to service the gullies and drains on behalf of the London Borough of Sutton.
