Wallington Station Forecourt Improvement Scheme completed.
This 14 week project included the excavation and improvement of an area over 3000m2 in one of Surrey's busiest train stations. The work involved; installation of two precast concrete soakaways; new lighting system, installation of 13 gullies; 1000m2 of paving; 1500m2 of planing and resurfacing with DBM base and wearing course at 100mm depth; over 300m of precast concrete kerbing; installation of a traffic island; installation of two pedestrian crossings; and the installation of a bus shelter with associated signs and road markings.

RjD win again in London Borough of Sutton
RjD have recently renewed two of their 3 year highway maintenance contracts held with the London Borough of Sutton.

Steps zone 3, North Cheam area - improvements to junction with Northey Avenue.
This series of junction improvements, forming part of the Minor Highways Contract, involved installing raised junctions in the North Cheam area of Sutton. A Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) base course was finished with an SMA wearing course and associated works included new kerbing, drainage, gullies, signing and road-marking.

Coombe Road, Kingston, restructuring works finished.
Coombe Road, a major trunk road through Kingston, developed a failure in its sub-structure. This project involved excavation of and reinstatement of over 400m2 of carriageway. Foamed concrete formed the base with a limestone type 1 subbase, DBM basecourse and SMA wearing course, road marking and road signing.
