R j Dance (cont.) Ltd Highway Maintenance Division is responsible for term maintenance contracts in London Borough of Sutton, Royal Borough of Kingston, Brighton & Hove City Council and London Borough of Bexley.

Technology
We operate the MAYRISE system in conjunction with a number of local authorities. This allows us to collate information onsite using GPRS enabled handheld IPAQs and quickly relay it to our head office for processing
A case study: Maintenance Contract with Brighton & Hove City Council.
On behalf of Brighton and Hove City Council we have since 2002, operated an annual contract for Basic Highway Maintenance and Repair. Coupled with this we also operate a Highway Improvement Contract.
We try hard to build up good relationships with all stakeholders involved, whether an engineer inspecting the work on-site or the general public with a query.
