Centro plc – Apartment Block Access Road Upgrade

RJ Dance were contracted to re-surface the access road to a managed private residential area.

Our initial site visit revealed that although the existing wearing course had seen better days, the binder course and sub-base beneath was in good condition.  After closely liaising with the block management and with letter drops informing residents of the works, the incumbent 25mm of wearing course was planed off and a plush new 40mm layer of wearing course was laid, this additional depth of wearing course will increase longevity.
