Wallington Station Forecourt Improvement Scheme completed.
 Wallington station improvement scheme This 14 week project included the excavation and improvement of an area over 3000m2 in one of Surrey's busiest train stations. The work involved; installation of two precast concrete soakaways; new lighting system, installation of 13 gullies; 1000m2 of paving; 1500m2 of planing and resurfacing with DBM base and wearing course at 100mm depth; over 300m of precast concrete kerbing; installation of a traffic island; installation of two pedestrian crossings; and the installation of a bus shelter with associated signs and road markings.
